Intelligence Rollups

Weekly and monthly summaries synthesized from your team's AI session history.

What Actually Happened This Week?

Every team has the same Monday morning problem: figuring out what actually shipped last week. Standup notes are incomplete. Jira tickets tell you what was planned, not what was done. Git log shows file changes without context.

TraceFlow solves this by synthesizing the AI session history from the past week into a single, readable briefing. It knows what your team discussed with their AI tools, which files were touched, and what decisions were made along the way.

Weekly Briefings

Every Monday, TraceFlow generates a digest covering:

  • Accomplishments: What was built, fixed, or refactored. Summarized from AI session content, not ticket status.
  • Tangent Report: How much AI time was productive vs. wasted. The tangent ratio for the week.
  • Cross-Team Discoveries: Solutions or patterns that one part of the team found that others should know about.
  • Unfinished Threads: Sessions that were started but not completed. Work that might need to be picked up or intentionally abandoned.

Monthly Trajectory

The monthly rollup zooms out and maps four weeks of work to your broader goals. It answers the question leaders actually care about: are the weekly wins adding up to something, or is the team busy without making progress?

Progress by Area

See how much AI-assisted work went into each part of the codebase. Auth, API, frontend, infrastructure. Mapped automatically from file paths and session summaries.

Drift Detection

If the team planned to focus on shipping v2.0 but spent 60% of their AI time on bug fixes, the monthly rollup surfaces that gap clearly.

Delivery

Rollups are delivered via email and also available in the TraceFlow dashboard. Team leads and engineering managers can configure which level of detail they want: a high-level summary or a full breakdown with session links.
