By creating an account or using the TraceFlow service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization and represent that you have the authority to do so.

2. Use of Service

TraceFlow provides software for capturing and analyzing AI coding sessions. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and agent install tokens.
• Ensuring you have the right to connect the servers and machines you register.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions, Refunds & Cancellations

Refund Policy

TraceFlow offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

After this 14-day period, all fees are non-refundable. All refund requests should be directed to our support team or handled directly via our reseller, Paddle.com.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after your cancellation is processed.

Billing & Taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns.

4. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

TraceFlow uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide summaries, alerts, and alignment insights. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate or "hallucinated."
• TraceFlow is not responsible for any coding errors, security vulnerabilities, or project delays resulting from the use of our AI-driven features.
• You should always verify critical architectural suggestions and code changes manually.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Code: You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to your source code and the content of your AI sessions.

Our Platform: TraceFlow retains all rights to our software, logos, trademarks, and the specific derived intelligence models used to provide alignment features.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TraceFlow for any violation of these terms or for conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or our business interests.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
